ERICA KRAMER FNP LLC

I am a board certified family nurse practitioner offering a full range of primary care services across the lifespan. I’m currently accepting patients ages 15 and up.

My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental environment to discuss health and wellness and I strive to foster openness, respect, and comfort in every patient interaction. Relationship-building is at the core of my practice and I pride myself in my ability to form meaningful connections with my patients and work collaboratively to navigate each individual’s health goals.

I studied nursing at the University of Southern Maine and since receiving my Master's degree have worked extensively with adolescents and young adults providing primary care services in the college health setting. I especially enjoy helping young people navigate the transition to independently managing their health. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, I worked in reproductive health care and family planning and continue to offer thorough, evidenced-based guidance related to contraception, gender affirming hormone therapy and common sexual health concerns including medication abortion.

I utilize both traditional and complementary treatment modalities in my practice and I strongly encourage vaccination against communicable diseases, including Covid-19.

I am thrilled to be growing my independent practice in my hometown of Portland, Maine. Outside of the clinic, I enjoy practicing yoga, surfing, and exploring the Maine woods with friends and family.
