Katherine J. Letourneau, AGNP, LLC Practice Closure effective 7/11/2025

Katherine Letourneau’s practice at Open Circle Health is now closed. Patients wishing to transfer care to another provider at Open Circle Health may contact the office at 207-761-4700 to discuss options. Patients wishing to transfer to another provider in the community should also contact our staff so that records may be forwarded accordingly.

Masking policy

Routine masking is no longer mandatory at Open Circle Health. For those individuals with a cough or other cold symptoms, we still require masks that cover the mouth and nose. This is important for the health and safety of other patients as well as providers and staff.

Anyone entering the office with cold/flu/COVID symptoms including cough, sore throat, or fever should please notify the staff of their symptoms so that their provided can be notified to mask as well for the appointment.

Please feel free to wear a mask for any reason if you wish. If you choose to mask and would be more comfortable if your provider does as well, please let us know and we will wear one.
