 K Beladi FNP LLC Practice Closure effective 4/28/23

K Beladi’s practice at Open Circle Health is now closed. Patients wishing to transfer care to another provider at Open Circle Health may contact the office at 207-761-4700 to discuss options. Patients wishing to transfer to another provider in the community should also contact our staff so that records may be forwarded accordingly.

Masking policy

Starting May 1, masking will no longer be mandatory at Open Circle Health. For those individuals with a cough or other cold symptoms, we will still require masks that cover the mouth and nose. This is important for the health and safety of other patients as well as providers and staff.

If you have symptoms, you may still be asked to take an at-home COVID test prior to your visit. Staff will give instructions upon confirmation of your appointment.

Please feel free to continue to wear a mask if you wish. If you choose to mask and would be more comfortable if your provider does as well, please let us know and we will wear one.
